When and how will I receive my tickets?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Your tickets will be delivered electronically to your registered email address closer to the event date. This process enhances transaction security and protects ticket holders.
Is the concert suitable for children?
Attendance is at the discretion of parents or guardians. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please be advised that the performance may contain adult language and high sound levels.
Children up to 6 years old are admitted free of charge and do not require a ticket or invitation. In venues with assigned seating, they are not entitled to a separate seat. In all other cases, a ticket must also be issued for the child.
Do children need a ticket to enter the Stadium?

What is included in the DIAMOND ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE?
The DIAMOND ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE package features reserved seating in the central grandstand and includes premium benefits such as a welcome drink, finger food, and bar service from 19:00 to 00:00 (limited to 2 drinks per person).
Do Platinum tickets include additional benefits?
Platinum tickets are not part of a package and do not include additional benefits. They provide access to a premium, limited-capacity zone at the center of the 360° experience, between the two stages.
What is the maximum number of tickets per purchase?
Each transaction is limited to ten (10) tickets. For larger groups, additional transactions are required. This limit is in place to ensure fair ticket availability for the general public.
How can I purchase tickets for people with disabilities?
Tickets for fans with disabilities (67% and above) will be available via the official ticket provider’s call center starting May 11th.
Is there a seating map available?
Yes, a seating map is displayed during the ticket selection process.
Can I buy individual seats or an entire suite?
The Stadium suites (with a capacity of 10 people) are available exclusively as full packages, and individual seats within suites cannot be purchased. Suite bookings open on May 11th.
