TERMS OF TICKET PURCHASE AND USE
The purchase and/or possession of a ticket for the event constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
1. Entry control and security
Event organizers reserve the right to conduct security checks at the entrance of the venue. Entry with dangerous objects, flammable materials, or weapons is strictly prohibited.
2. Spectator conduct
Spectators must comply with safety rules and maintain appropriate behavior. Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove spectators who cause disturbances without refund of the ticket price.
3. Compliance with staff instructions
Spectators must comply with the instructions of security personnel and event organizers.
4. Audio-visual recording
Any form of photography, video recording, or audio recording of the event without prior permission from the organizers is strictly prohibited.
This prohibition applies to all recording devices, including mobile phones, cameras, video cameras, tablets, or any other electronic devices.
Recording, retransmission, live streaming, or publishing content from the event on social media or any other platforms is not permitted.
In case of violation of the above terms, the organizers reserve the right to:
- request deletion of the recorded material
- remove the spectator from the venue without refund of the ticket price
- proceed with legal action to protect the rights of the event organization
By attending the event, the spectator accepts that they may appear in photographic or television coverage of the event.
5. Seating
Spectators must occupy the seat indicated on their ticket.
6. Venue layout
The organizer reserves the right to modify the venue layout or seating arrangements for safety, production, or broadcast purposes.
7. Program changes
The event program may be modified.
8. Change of participating athletes
Organizers reserve the right to change participating athletes or matches due to injury or other reasons.
9. Participation of specific athletes
The purchase of a ticket concerns the event as a whole and not the participation of any specific athlete.
10. No refunds
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is permanently cancelled.
11. Event postponement
In case of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date.
12. Force majeure
The organizer shall not be held responsible for changes caused by strikes, government decisions, weather conditions, or other force majeure circumstances.
13. Admission of children
Children up to five (5) years old may enter free of charge provided they do not occupy a separate seat and are accompanied by an adult.
14. Baby strollers
For safety reasons, baby strollers are not allowed in the spectator stands.
15. Age verification
Organizers reserve the right to verify the age of children entering without a ticket.
16. Ticket distribution and resale
Tickets are distributed through the organizer’s official sales channels.
17. Ticket responsibility
After the start of the event, the organizers bear no responsibility regarding the seat indicated on the ticket.
18. Spectator responsibility
Spectators are responsible for their own personal safety.
19. Personal belongings
The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings within the event venue.
20. Lost tickets
Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
21. Payments and chargebacks
In the case of electronic payment, the purchaser declares that they are the lawful holder of the payment method used.
In the event of a transaction dispute with the bank, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the ticket and deny entry.
22. Ticket validity
Entry is permitted only with tickets issued through official sales outlets.
23. Ticket duplication
Each ticket contains a unique code and may only be used once.
24. Multiple use of a ticket
In the event of multiple use of the same ticket, the ticket that is scanned first will be considered valid.
25. Ticket holder responsibility
The ticket holder is responsible for the safekeeping of their ticket.
26. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by Greek law.
