After completing a purchase, the transaction you make is considered valid.
In case you receive an indication from the system that the transaction is invalid, it means that the ticket purchase has not been completed.
Some reasons why a transaction may not proceed include:
- Temporary interruption or low network speed at the user's end during payment
- Delayed approval of the requested transaction by the bank
- Card security settings preventing the transaction
- Insufficient funds, etc.
For each unsuccessful transaction where the ticket value has been reserved on the card, an automatic refund is made to the card used for the purchase, within a timeframe determined by the policy of the issuing bank.
Therefore, once we confirm that the above scenarios will not hinder the transaction, we can proceed with a new transaction.
In the case you use a unique identifier in our transaction (such as a social security number, fan/member/friend card code, etc.), you will need to wait for 15 minutes before making a new transaction.
