1. What types of tickets can I buy?
We offer two main ticket types:
● Bar Admission – Access to the bar / standing area, with a minimum spend (usually 1
drink).
● Table Reservation – A reservation in a table price zone, with a minimum spend
according to the venue’s price list (e.g. bottles, drinks, etc.).
Available ticket types and prices are shown on each event page.
2. What does “minimum spend ticket” actually mean?
In this case, the ticket price is not just “entry” – it’s money you redeem in the venue:
● At the bar, your ticket usually corresponds to 1 drink from the current price list.
● For tables, the value of your tickets counts towards the table’s minimum spend
(bottles, drinks, etc.).
3. Is my ticket also a receipt? How does the voucher work?
Your ticket works as a consumption voucher.
● On entry or when your bottle/drink is served, the venue issues a lawful fiscal receipt
matching the value of your ticket.
● Any consumption above the ticket value / minimum spend is charged separately
according to the venue’s price list.
4. If I book a table, do I get a specific table on the plan?
No. Table reservations are sold by price zone, not by a specific numbered table.
● You choose a zone (e.g. VIP, Premium, Main Floor, etc.).
● The final allocation to a specific table within that zone is made by the venue on the night,
depending on availability and guest flow.
5. Can I upgrade my table?
Yes, absolutely. 🎉
● Before the night, you can request a zone/table upgrade by emailing
reservations@beyondaion.com, subject to availability.
● On the night of the event, you can speak with the maître at the venue and, if there are
seats in a higher zone, you can upgrade by paying the difference.
6. Is there an arrival time for tables? What is the cut-off?
Yes. For table reservations, arrival is required by 01:00 a.m. (cut-off time).
After 01:00 a.m.:
● Your reservation may automatically lapse.
● Your table may be released and given to other guests.
● You are not entitled to a refund, and there is no guarantee other tables will be
available.
In short: don’t show up too late if you want to keep your table. 😉
7. Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
Yes, there is a dress code – we want the atmosphere to feel refined and special.
● Think smart / smart casual, well-dressed, clean and neat.
● Sportswear and overly casual outfits are not allowed, e.g. gym wear, athletic shorts,
tracksuits, sleeveless gym tops, and clothing with offensive wording/imagery.
Think of it as: “I’m going on a nice night out”, not “I’m going to the gym”. ✨
8. Can I come if I’m under 18?
Sorry, no.
● Entry to the venue is allowed only for guests aged 18+.
● The sale and consumption of alcohol by persons under 18 is not allowed.
You may be asked to show ID at the entrance or at the bar.
9. What happens if the night is cancelled or postponed?
● If the night is cancelled, the Organiser’s policy for refunds of the face value of the ticket
will apply.
● If the night is rescheduled, tickets usually remain valid for the new date, unless
otherwise announced.
● Service fees, handling charges and third-party fees may be non-refundable,
according to the purchase terms.
Official updates are always communicated via the event page and the Organiser’s channels.
10. Why should I buy my ticket from Ticketmaster?
So you don’t have to carry your whole wallet to the bouzoukia. 😜
● You pay online, by card or whatever works for you – no cash, no “I’ll pay you later, bro”.
● You get an official ticket from the authorised partner of the organiser/venue – not “a
little paper my friend printed”.
● Your ticket lives safely on your phone as an e-ticket, ready to be scanned – no stress if
it gets crumpled, wet or left in the wrong jacket.
● You massively reduce the chance of fake tickets and sketchy resales.
● If something goes wrong with your purchase, you’ve got Ticketmaster support to help
you out.
In short:
Less stress, less cash, more fun. 🎉
11. Can I change or cancel my ticket?
As a general rule, tickets for this type of event:
● Cannot be cancelled
● Are non-refundable
● Cannot be exchanged for another date or event,
unless the Organiser announces otherwise (for example in case of cancellation/postponement).
So, please double-check the date, zone and ticket type before you hit “Buy”.
12. I still have questions. Who can I contact?
No worries:
● First, check if there are extra notes or updates on the event page.
● You can contact Ticketmaster customer support through the available help channels
on the platform.
● For specific questions about tables and upgrades, you can email
reservations@beyondaion.com.
