for Live Music Nightclubs
1. Definitions
1.1. “Bar Admission Ticket” means the proof of the right to enter the bar / general admission
area of the nightclub, without a specific seated position.
1.2. “Table Reservation Ticket” means the proof of the right to use a table area (price zone)
on a specific date and time band, according to the price category selected by the Customer.
1.3. “Organiser” means the event organiser from time to time.
1.4. “Venue Operator” means the legal entity operating the nightclub.
1.5. “Customer” or “Ticket Holder” means any natural or legal person who purchases a ticket
and/or makes a table reservation.
2. Scope
2.1. These General Terms govern:
● the purchase, use and validity of Bar Admission Tickets, and
● the purchase, use and validity of Table Reservation Tickets,
for live music events in nightclubs.
2.2. By completing any purchase, the Customer confirms that they have read,
understood and fully accepted these Terms.
3. Nature of the Ticket – Licence of Entry
3.1. Each ticket constitutes a personal, revocable licence of entry to the venue and not a
transport contract or a contract for specific services beyond those expressly stated.
3.2. Holding a ticket does not guarantee entry where the Customer fails to comply with these
Terms or with staff instructions. The Venue Operator reserves the right to refuse admission or to
remove any person from the premises without compensation in case of breach.
3.3. Tickets may be issued in physical or electronic form (e-ticket). The Customer must present
a valid ticket and proof of identity upon entry, if requested.
4. Age Restrictions – Alcohol & Minors
4.1. In line with applicable Greek law, entry is prohibited to persons under 18 years of age in
venues operating as nightclubs/bars serving alcoholic beverages.
4.2. The sale, supply, offer or consumption of alcoholic drinks by persons under 18 years of age
is strictly prohibited.
4.3. The Venue Operator and its staff are entitled to carry out ID checks at the entrance and/or
at the bar in order to verify age.
4.4. In case of doubt regarding age, the Venue Operator may refuse the sale of alcohol and/or
entry, without liability for any loss suffered by the Customer.
4.5. If a breach is identified, the Venue Operator may remove the Customer from the venue
without refund and may notify the competent authorities.
5. Entry, Security & Right of Refusal
5.1. Access to the venue is subject to presentation of a valid ticket and acceptance of any
security procedures in line with the venue’s safety policy.

● visibly under the influence of alcohol or other substances,
● behaving aggressively or in a way that endangers others,
● carrying dangerous items (weapons, flammable materials, etc.).
5.3. The Venue Operator / Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or to remove any
person from the venue if their presence is considered a safety risk or causes
disturbance, without refund of the ticket price.
6. Ticket Price – Minimum Spend & Voucher Use
6.1. For events where this is expressly stated at the time of purchase, the ticket price operates
as a minimum spendwithin the venue and not as a separate “entry fee”.
6.2. For Bar Admission Tickets, the value of the ticket normally corresponds to one (1) drink,
according to the venue’s current price list.
6.3. For Table Reservation Tickets, the value of the ticket(s) is counted towards the table’s
minimum spend, as defined in the venue’s current price list (e.g. minimum consumption in
bottles and/or drinks).
6.4. Tickets act as consumption vouchers and are redeemable against products/services
(e.g. drinks, bottles) inside the venue.
6.5. Upon entry and/or upon redemption of the ticket (for example when the bottle is served or
when the drink is delivered), a lawful fiscal receipt will be issued by the venue, reflecting the
value of the ticket/consumption.
6.6. Any consumption above the ticket value / minimum spend will be charged extra, according
to the venue’s price list.
7. Bar Admission Tickets
7.1. A Bar Admission Ticket grants access to the general bar / standing area only and does not
include a specific table or seat.
7.2. Bar capacity is limited. During peak times there may be waiting times or restrictions on
re-entry for safety and crowd management reasons.
7.3. Where a minimum spend policy applies, the Bar Admission Ticket corresponds to a specific
product (e.g. one standard category drink). Upgrades to premium or other products may incur
an additional charge.
8. Table Reservation Tickets
8.1. A Table Reservation Ticket corresponds to a table price zone (price category) and not to a
specific numbered table on the venue plan. The final allocation to a specific table within the
selected zone is decided by the venue on the night, depending on availability and guest flow.
8.2. Table reservations may be subject to a minimum spend and/or mandatory purchase of
bottles, in line with the venue’s commercial policy, which is communicated prior to purchase.
8.3. The latest arrival time (cut-off time) for table reservations is 01:00 a.m., unless otherwise
stated at the time of purchase. After this time:
● the reservation may automatically lapse,
● the table may be released and reallocated,
● the Customer is not entitled to a refund, and
● no guarantee is given that other tables will be available.
8.4. The Venue Operator may make reasonable changes to the table layout or move the
reservation to a table/zone of the same or higher category, at no extra cost to the
Customer.
8.5. The Customer may request an upgrade of the table zone/category at any time
before the reservation date by emailing reservations@beyondaion.com, subject to
availability and payment of any price difference.
8.6. An upgrade or change of zone/table may also be requested upon arrival at the
venue, in consultation with the maître, subject to availability and the venue’s commercial
policy.

or abusive wording or imagery.

the ticket price or any related charges.
10. Programme & Artists
10.1. The Organiser may change the programme, performance times, the exact line-up of artists

(Organiser/ ticketing website, social media, etc.).
11. Event Cancellation or Postponement – Refunds

and notification of the authorities.

15.2. The use of professional cameras, recording devices or similar equipment by customers
may be prohibited or restricted, depending on the Organiser’s policy.

compliance with applicable law.
