Ticket Terms

Tickets will contain at least the following terms, as well as any other condition imposed by the applicable provisions:

1. The purchase of the ticket entitles the holder to attend the Concert. It concerns a standing and/or seated position where applicable, is valid for a single entry, and constitutes unconditional acceptance of the terms of operation and safety, as defined by the organizers.
2. Only tickets sold electronically by an authorized ticket sales and management company as well as at official points of sale are valid. In order to enter the Concert venue, each ticket must be presented either printed or stored on a device in such a way that its Barcode is in a visible position, in order to make a contactless check (with scanner). It is forbidden to exchange, resell and generally trade tickets. It is also forbidden to purchase tickets on behalf of third parties in the context of commercial or business activity. The organizers cancel these tickets.
3. The holder is obliged to comply with the applicable health and safety rules (even if they have not been explicitly provided for in these terms), as well as any additional safety rules set by TECHNOPOLIS CITY OF ATHENS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "TECHNOPOLH") when accessing, staying and leaving the site. In case of non-observance of the rules by the audience of the Concert, TECHNOPOLIS is entitled, at its discretion, to remove from the venue any spectator who does not comply with the above rules, as well as to temporarily or permanently interrupt the Concert, without the public being entitled to a refund of the ticket or any other compensation
4. It is forbidden to carry glass bottles, flammable materials or other dangerous objects, as well as food and beverages, except in cases with medical recommendation, in the premises of the site. The ticket holder accepts that the organizers as well as the security staff of the Concert will have the right to control all of the above.
5. It is forbidden to enter the area to people under the influence of alcohol or other substances, even if they are ticket holders.
6. The use of laser devices is prohibited. Upon entering the area, the relevant check can be made and if objects that can be used for this purpose are found, entry will be prohibited. People inside the concert venue who will use laser devices will be removed without compensation.
7. It is forbidden to videotape and record the concert or part of it, by any means and in any way, as well as photography. Upon entering the area, the relevant check can be made and if objects that can be used for this purpose are found, entry will be prohibited.
8. The ticket holder accepts that: (a) he is solely responsible for his personal safety, as well as for the safety of any minors he accompanies and (b) the organizers are not responsible for any destruction, property damage, injury or loss of life that may take place for any reason in the context of the event. Crowd surfing is strictly forbidden for safety reasons.
9. The security staff is present at the venue in order to ensure the service and safety of the audience for the smooth conduct of the concert. The public must comply with the instructions of the security personnel and representatives of the organizers, and not hesitate to contact them if necessary.
10. The possession of this ticket does not entitle its holder to receive from the bar - canteen any drink or refreshment without payment. Consumption from the bar - canteen is optional.
11. The organizers reserve the right to change the date, informing the public about it through the media. In this case tickets are non-refundable, but valid as is.
12. The organizers also reserve the right to change the program of the concert or cancel it. In case of cancellation of the concert, the public will be informed as soon as possible by the media. In case of cancellation of the concert for any reason, tickets will be redeemed within a certain time from the points that will be announced in the media.
13. In case of strike, government prohibitions, bad weather conditions and generally any event beyond the reasonable control of the organizers, which causes obstruction of the execution of part or all of the concert, the organizers reserve the right to change the date and time of its conduct. In this case tickets are non-refundable, but valid as is. In case of interruption of the concert, for the above reasons, at least 45 minutes after its start, the concert is considered complete and is not repeated, nor refunded.
14. Parts of the concert may be videotaped/videotaped. Members of the public who will appear in them, will have no claim from the organizers or from anyone who derives rights from the video / filming.
15. The organizers cannot and are not obliged to replace stolen or lost tickets. This ticket cannot be canceled, refunded or redeemed in case of non-attendance of the spectator at the concert or in case of remorse.
16. Spectators must keep their ticket stub until the end of the concert.
17. Entrance to persons under fourteen years old is allowed only with an escort. Children up to 6 years old do not pay a ticket. In a seated concert, children up to 3 years old do not pay a ticket and do not occupy an extra seat.
18. These terms constitute the agreement of the spectator with the organizers, which the ticket holder accepts unconditionally. For any additional information or clarification you can call the telephone number designated by the organizing authority.
