Purchase Ticket Terms High Priority Promotions

A. The purchase of a ticket secures the right for its ticket holder to attend the concert at the venue specified on the ticket. This venue may refer to a standing area, seating, or any other zone designated on the ticket. The use of a ticket is valid for one single entry and implies the unconditional acceptance of the operating and security terms set by the Organizer.
B. The Organizer reserves the right to deny the entry of the ticket holder/ visitor who, through their behavior, causes difficulties during the ticket inspection process by the entrance or security personnel. This occurs when the spectator disrupts public order or displays inappropriate behavior.
The Organizer is not obliged to provide any compensation to the ticket holder or visitor for any of the above cases.
C. The ticket holder is entirely responsible and obligated to comply with the laws, regulations, terms, and conditions that govern their entry and participation in the event.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude the ticket holder from the event venue in case of inappropriate behavior or violation of the rules.
In that case no compensation is provided to the ticket holder or the visitor.
D. The Organizer will make every possible effort to ensure the smooth and safe conduct of the event; however, The Organizer is not responsible for the inappropriate behavior of the ticket holder or the visitor. In cases of such incidents, we encourage you to immediately contact the event’s security personnel.
E. The entry of the ticket holder or the visitor to the event signifies their unconditional acceptance of the terms stated in this document and the terms of use of the Ticketmaster.gr website.
F. In case of inappropriate behavior towards the artists and personnel, as well as any other interference during the event, the Organizer reserves the right to request the immediate removal of ticket holders or visitors who behave in the above-mentioned manner.
In that case no compensation is provided to the ticket holder or the visitor.
G. Official reseller ticket spots:
Only tickets sold at official sales points are considered valid.
The purchase of tickets is exclusively made through the company Ticketmaster Hellas S.A. and from the official presale points as listed on ticketmaster.gr and the event’s webpage.
2. Tickets use for advertising purposes:
The use of tickets for advertising or commercial purposes without the written permission of the Organizer is strictly prohibited. Any resale or transfer of a ticket in this manner may be considered invalid, and entry may be denied to the holder.
The Organizer is not obliged to provide any compensation to the ticket holder or visitor for any of the above cases.
H. The ticket holder or visitor is obliged to keep the ticket in their possession and to present it to authorized personnel for inspection upon request. By attending the event, the ticket holder or visitor acknowledges that certain tickets are valid exclusively for specific seating categories within the event venue.
I. In the case of ticket replacement with a wristband, it must remain sealed on the ticket holder or visitor wrist throughout their presence in the event venue. Each entrance ticket applies to only one wristband. The entrance wristband has been manufactured in accordance with all necessary safety standards for the holder and cannot be removed unintentionally.
J. To avoid any inconvenience and disruption, kindly ensure your presence at the event venue at least 75 minutes prior to its commencement.
K. The event will take place regardless of any conditions (weather-related or otherwise), unless postponed due to strikes, government restrictions, force majeure, etc. In such cases, the Organizer reserves the right to change the date, time, and venue of the event.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes/modifications to the event’s design and schedule for safety purposes, without any obligation to provide prior notice.
L. The event’s commencement time and the gate opening time mentioned on the ticket are indicative and may be subject to modifications if deemed necessary by the Organizer to ensure the smooth conduct of the event. For this reason, we encourage the audience to follow the company’s social media channels and the corresponding website (www.highpriority.gr) for any relevant updates.
M. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the pricing structure of zones as well as the event schedule.
N. The tickets purchased are non-refundable, and no compensation is provided in case of ticket holder non-attendance at the event.
2. The Organizer has the authority to cancel the event, without prior notice, in cases of force majeure or for reasons beyond their control. In such instances, the ticket holder will be entitled to the rights stipulated by relevant legislation.
O. In case of event’s cancellation, tickets will be refunded following an official announcement by the organizing company through social media and at www.highpriority.gr. Such requests are only accepted in writing via the email address info@highpriority.gr, and the redemption period will last for 15 calendar days without extension from the date of the event’s cancellation.
After the 15-day period, requests will be considered expired and will not be accepted. In case of an event interruption, at least 45 minutes after its commencement, the event is considered concluded, and no refunds will be issued.
P. In case the event begins and becomes suspended, for whatever reason, the Organizer will attempt to create the necessary conditions for the safe waiting and departure of ticket holders and visitors. However, they do not bear responsibility for any failure to achieve this or for any inadequacies in this regard.
Q. The Organizer and the artist reserve the right to establish special rules for the conduct of the event, which they will communicate to the ticket holders before or during the event. Non-compliance and acceptance of these specific terms may lead to entry prohibition and removal of the ticket holder from the event venue. No compensation is provided for the ticket holder or the visitor in the above case.
Upon entering the event venue, ticket holders consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded as attendees at the event. The visual and audio material may be disclosed, displayed, and/or utilized in any media worldwide without any time limit for its display. In case that they are included in any content, they are not entitled to compensation or monetary credit.
The purchase of tickets is subject to quantity restrictions and varies for each event. The number of tickets available for purchase is listed on the ticket sales page and is subject to regular verification checks during each transaction process. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, without prior notice, tickets purchased in excess of the allowable limit, and when one of the following limits is exceeded:
a. Limit based on the delivery address of tickets
b. Limit based on the credit/debit/prepaid card
c. Limit based on the user.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel all user orders that exceed one of the aforementioned limits. Any additional costs that the buyer may incur will not be refunded.
R. Entry is not allowed for children under 6 years of age, even under the supervision or accompaniment of an adult.
Entry for children aged 6-14 is allowed only with the supervision of an adult. The Organizer bears no responsibility in case of risk, injury, or death of children aged 6-14, as the responsibility lies solely with the adult accompanying them.
The accompanied children aged 6 to 14 acknowledge that they are present at an event where the audience is exposed to high levels of music noise, heat, and light.
The Organizer has no responsibility for any damage to the nervous, optical, auditory, or any other sensory system.
S. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to a ticket holder who exhibits any symptoms that may indicate infection with the Covid-19, as the participation of the ticket holder is directly related to the risk of spreading the Covid-19, and it absolves the Organizer of any liability in this regard.
The ticket holder is obliged to comply with the basic safety principles and relevant obligations imposed by the Greek government for the prevention of Covid-19. According to the rules for preventing the spread of Covid-19, the use of a medical mask and maintaining a distance of at least 2 meters from other participants in the event is required. In case of non-compliance with the above terms, the Organizer reserves the right to request the ticket holder or visitor to leave the event.
No compensation is provided for the ticket holder or visitor in case of removal from the event venue.
T. Entry to a ticket holder carrying a backpack is prohibited.
Possession of glass bottles, metal items, weapons, sharp or dangerous objects, as well as flammable materials, is prohibited. The security personnel have the right to seize these items and remove their owners from the event premises.
Entry of individuals under the influence of alcohol or other substances is prohibited. In accordance with the country’s legislation, the possession, use, and distribution of drugs are explicitly forbidden within the premises and its vicinity. The Organizer and the security personnel have the right to request the presence of the police to enforce the legal procedure in these cases.
Recording of the event using audiovisual equipment (mobile phones, cameras, video cameras, mini discs, and any other devices of image captured and sound recording) is prohibited according to GDPR rules. The security personnel, as well as the artists’ representatives, retain the right to confiscate the items and remove the owners from the event venue.
The use of laser devices is prohibited.
Crowd surfing and moshing are explicitly forbidden for safety reasons.
Smoking is prohibited in indoor events.
U. Security personnel are in the venue area with the purpose of ensuring the assistance, guidance, and safety of the public for their entry into the venue and the smooth conduct of the event. The ticket holder or visitor is required to comply with the instructions of security personnel and the organizers’ representatives.
Security personnel reserve the right to conduct a physical check, for security reasons, when the ticket holder or visitor enters the venue.
V. The Organizer has no responsibility for accidents or material damages that may occur from the audience’s inappropriate behavior.
W. The conditions specified on the ticket must be taken into account alongside the instructions displayed on signs at the event venue.
Non-compliance and acceptance of these specific terms may result in entry denial and the removal of the ticket holder from the event venue.
No compensation is provided to the ticket holder or visitor in the above case.
In cases of denied entry or expulsion from the event premises for any of the provided reasons, the ticket holder is not entitled to any compensation or refund.
