Depending on the event and the delivery method you selected during the completion of your order, you can find your tickets in the following ways.
IF THE TRANSACTION WAS MADE THROUGH THE WEBSITE:
If your purchase was made through the website (and the selected delivery method is electronic tickets), you can log in to www.ticketmaster.gr using the account details you created for your purchases. Then, go to the "Transactions" tab in the menu by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of the website. From there, you can download your tickets in PDF format or save them to your smart device's wallet.
If your purchase was made through the website (and the selected delivery method is ticket collection from outlets), then ticket collection can be done either from predefined service points or, if it's a regular event ticket, from the ticket outlets at the respective venues (stadiums, theaters, etc.).
Upon your arrival at the venue, it is essential to have your ID with you. We recommend arriving at these points at least 30 minutes before the event starts.
IF THE TRANSACTION WAS MADE THROUGH OUR CALL CENTER:
If your purchase was made through our phone center (and the selected delivery method is electronic tickets), you can contact us, providing all the necessary information requested to facilitate the reforwarding of your tickets.
IF THE TRANSACTION WAS MADE IN-PERSON AT PARTNER STORES:
If your purchase was made in-person at partner stores, you should contact the store where you completed the purchase to have your tickets reforwarded to you.
