In a large presale, there may be available tickets in better seats than the ones you selected just a few minutes after the start of the presale.
This happens because while you are going through the ticket purchasing process, another customer has already added these specific seats to their basket, making them unavailable during your search for better seats. During the time you are trying to buy your tickets, the customer decides either not to complete their purchase or the time limit expires, which means the selected tickets are released and become available for sale again.
However, new seats may become available as the event date approaches. Reasons for this may include:
-The organizing company decided to release reserved tickets that are no longer needed.
-Upon reevaluation of availability, it was determined that more seats can be made available than initially calculated.
It's important to remember that after reservation, we cannot make changes or cancellations, so make sure you are satisfied with your ticket choices before completing the purchase.
