If you have made a purchase through our call center and wish to find your tickets in your online account, you cannot do so. This is because our representatives do not have access to your account during the purchasing process, due to data privacy regulations (GDPR).
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email at your provided email address with your tickets and a receipt for the service fee.
You can download your tickets in .pdf format and save them on your device or add them to your wallet for convenience.
If you can not find the confirmation email, you can visit our website and submit a request for ticket reissuance, or you can contact us through our call center.
